Submit your file
Your Studently folder is at your fingertips!
  1. Create your account on our customer area
  2. Log in with your chosen e-mail address and password.
  3. Add your supporting documents in the dedicated section.
  4. Follow the progress of your file using the progress bar.
  5. If your file is 100% complete, it's automatically forwarded to our teams!

Note that the more complete your file, the greater your chances of success!

Your student home is just around the corner!

Your Studently application is now being reviewed by our reservations team. As soon as it is validated, you will receive an email to be informed.

You've applied for multiple units?Don't worry, you'll only be able to validate one application.

File validation
No need to wait, pay for your future home online in just a few minutes!

As soon as your file is validated by our reservation team, you'll receive an email with a link to pay the fees for your future apartment. This payment secures your reservation and makes it official.

Make a simulation

The amount of housing benefit indicated by the simulator is an estimate. Only by applying for housing assistance will you know the exact amount.

Housing subsidies vary from city to city. For example, in the provinces, if you're not on a scholarship or employed, the amount is €170/month. Find out how much you're entitled to.

Please note: you must enter your net taxable income in the simulator, i.e. your income minus any tax exemptions to which you are entitled.
